Description
The SeaStar PA1200-3HP Power Assist unit is a high-pressure, electronically controlled gear pump designed to augment hydraulic steering systems for high-output applications such as duo-prop Suzuki outboards. It includes a 15′ harness and ORB fittings, seamlessly integrating into the helm–cylinder circuit. Automatically recognizes 12 V or 24 V input, and maintains a system pressure up to 1,000 psi. Under normal operation, wheel input is amplified to reduce steering effort; when no power is available, the unit reverts to manual mode. Ideal for applications demanding high torque assistance while preserving standard turns lock-to-lock.
