It's Rule to the rescue when bottom-mounting your pump bracket is inconvenient or impossible. The Rule 64A is designed to be side mounted to a vertical stringer, a bulkhead, or a transom. Just remove the strainer from the pump, put the bracket in place, and reassemble.
