Weaver PVC Polyurethane Inflatable Boat 2 Part Adhesive, 3001, 8oz

3001 Polyurethane 2 part PVC glue in a 8 oz. size for gluing on rubber pads onto inflatables made from PVC material.

This is a universal crossover glue that will work on all types of fabrics such as Zodiac, Quick Silver, or West Marine. If you are unsure of the material your inflatable boat is made of, Weaver recommends this glue.

Poor quality compared to OEM product

After running out of OEM Zodiac pvc adhesive, I purchased 2 cans of this glue to repair an older PVC inflatable.

The OEM glue worked as expected. Weaver PVC glue did not. The bond between the panels was incomplete and poor.

I used this product according to directions however the glue did not properly bond.

It seemed to me the problem was the solvent in the glue flashed off almost immediately upon application in effect

"drying" before it was possible to completely coat the panel. The repair panel was 2 ft x 6 inches and literally

the glue was spoiled in less than 3 minutes. Of course it left a huge mess which needed to be sanded off. Should

have repurchased OEM Zoidiac glue. Conditions were evening, dry, low humidity, shade, low 70's F
