Cal June / Jim Buoy Horseshoe Buoys with Built-in Sea Anchor comes in two sizes to fit your boating needs. Both the HorseShoe and Pony versions are USCG approved. The built-in sea anchor slows buoy when blown in water which eliminates the need for a separate drogue chute.
