    Question: I am interested in the coupler for a 1 and 7/8 inch ball and 3 inch channel but need to know the distance between the two bolts that secure the coupler to the trailer. I bought a different brand of 1 and 7/8 with 3 inch channel and the bolts were 2.5 inches apart. How far apart are they on this one? Thanks! Alison

    Answer: The bolts securing these Dutton-Lainson couplers are also 2.5" apart.
