The Purple Haze Jughead Hoochie can be fished with or without a flasher. It turns the hoochie into what the fish view as live fleeing bait. The Purple Haze Hoochie is one of our favorites, it has the right color combinations of most bait fish. This Purple Haze Jughead Hoochies has great reflective qualities with the mylar skirt under the purple translucent hoochie skirt.
