Products listed herein that are the result of defects in Proheat materials and/or workmanship, under normal use and service. The Proheat warranty is not applicable to failures caused by abuse, neglect, or repair location workmanship.

All returns must be recevied within 30 days of receipt.
Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of receipt will be supplied a pre-paid label for return shipping upon approval.
