The PENN® Mariner® III is designed to be a dependable and affordable rod for anglers searching for durability in a variety of fishing situations. Constructed with fiberglass reinforced blanks for extra strength and a heavy-duty graphite reel seat to ensure a secure lock on the reel foot during battle. Each rod features PENN®’s one-piece stainless-steel Dura-Guides, which eliminate insert pop-outs and are perfect for monofilament, fluorocarbon, and braided lines. EVA Torque™ grips are contoured to fit your hand perfectly and alleviate the rod from twisting while under heavy load.
