Warranty:
Shimano products have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Not covered: misuse, general wear and tear (nicks and dings compromise the integrity of the blank over time), accidental breaks (slammed in door, stepped on, boat flipping fish, etc. ).
Reels not covered: drops, salt intrusion, general wear and tear Warranty and reel repair available on Shimano's web site.
Return:
All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of receipt will be supplied a pre-paid label for return shipping upon approval.
