Warranty:

This warranted for one year from the date of purchase or original purchaser against defects in all material and workmanship. During this period such defects will be repaired or replaced at Boat Leveler Co. Div. Kercheval Industries Corp. option, without charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, water or improper voltage or any consequential damage resulting from defects. Removal and re-installation charges are not covered under this or any other implied warranty. Send freight prepaid and it will be returned freight collect.

Return:

• All returns must be recevied within 30 days of receipt of the order.
• Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of receipt will be supplied a pre-paid label for return shipping upon approval.
