SHIPPING & RETURNS

Warranty:

  • Warrants all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of two (2) years when used under normal conditions and for which they are intended.
  • Warrants the vinyl fenders for the life of the boat. CMP Group Ltd. warrants its vinyl fenders to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and when used under the conditions for which the product is intended.
  • The shell of the buoy is warranted for seven years from the date of sale. This warranty covers the floatation of the buoys when used for its intended purpose under exposure to normal sun, wind, weather, and water conditions.
  • Dock float is warranted for 10 years from the date of sale. This warranty covers the floatation of the float when used for its intended purpose under exposure to normal sun, wind, weather, and water conditions.
  • The mooring whips are warranted for 3 years from the date of sale. This warranty covers the whips poles and bases. Damage caused by improper use, care or installation is not covered by this warranty.
  • Solar Lighting are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material present at the time of shipment from the factory for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

    Return:

    • Restocking charge will apply at a minimum of 15% for all product returned.
    • All Returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items.
    • Some products are non-returnable, please contact us for further details.
    • Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of receipt will be supplied a pre-paid label for return shipping upon approval.
