The Mini Compact Horn delivers its blast at 109 decibels and a frequency of 350±15A (Hz) so it meets US Coast Guard's COLREGS and ABYC standard A-23 for use on vessels under 12m (39'). The Mini Compact Horn has no polarity, so the negative or positive wire can be attached to either side.
